1. Issues
   1. buoy stability, did not check after modification
   2. site was deeper than originally thought
   3. 10 m microcat not on
   4. pco2 got wet, sort of working
   5. there was some back and forth about locating parts "you can put it anywhere ... oh, except you can't put it where you decided to put it"
   6. Communication between NDBC parties was problematic. They visited MBARI at different times and there was rework because they did not have a coordinated approach between groups.
2. Questions
   1. how is the ndbc data flowing and being handled
      1. metsys suite. Getting it back into SSDS. Make it look like what we have already.
      2. adcp data is not complete but will get full resolution after recovery.
   2. it is all different for end users (one stop shopping is compromised)
   3. no pco2
   4. can we get old m2 data? Orange radio swap?
3. for next time?
   1. is stability an issue? We should approach like pmel. We should have our own tower. Solvable with more ballast. We don't know if it maintainable (buoy ride).
   2. should we approach andy for some help?
   3. start the process earlier and have well defined dates for deliverables
   4. oasis 4?
   5. m1 turn is too soon for o4. ( late september is m1 turn)
   6. lab test after some changes should be enough.
   7. drivers need testing.
   8. need to look at support designs for o4 deployment. Project request?
   9. need craig, rich, bob, kevin
   10. need list of drivers for o4 that need testing and verification.
4. Up coming proposal
   1. pull out m0 in november
   2. replace with OA mooring
   3. mooring maintenance m1 and m2 hybrid
   4. goal is to consolidate and package for a technology export

Action items:

1. inspect inside battery box to make sure there is no water (OSG)
2. check for hydrorad processing and plotting? (Kevin)
3. change m2 over to m2h (Rich, Kevin)
4. talk to instrument reps to work on not delivering instruments at the last minute (Francisco)
5. Get NDBC flowing back to SSDS to keep up data processing chain (as much as possible) (Fred, Kevin)
6. Start work on O4 with goal of moving all moorings to it (Craig, Bob, Rich, Kevin)
7. Do we need to talk to Andy H about stabilizing mooring (Francisco/Mike)?
8. Rename the hybrid buoy from M2 to ? (Kevin, Rich, Francisco)
9. Deploy orange radio on old M2 and setup laptop to have ships of opportunity download data (Mike, Craig, Rich)
